I’m Kathy Medcalf, a British fine art photographer and artist behind Fineart-Landscapes.

Inspired by the beauty of nature, I specialise in fine art landscape photography, capturing the atmosphere, character, and ever-changing landscapes of the British Isles.

My passion for photography began while studying Art and Design, where I learned traditional film photography and darkroom techniques. In 2008, I embraced digital photography, reigniting my creativity and leading me to discover my love for fine art landscapes.

Through Fineart-Landscapes, I aim to create timeless images that inspire a deeper appreciation for the remarkable beauty found across the UK, encouraging others to see familiar places in a new and artistic way.
